Who we are
ELMSS Professional is the professional development and workforce support arm of Enriching Lives Melbourne Support Services.
We are committed to supporting professionals, teams and organisations to strengthen their practice, build confidence and continue developing the skills needed to provide meaningful, person-centred support.
Beginning with clinical supervision, ELMSS Professional provides a space for reflection, professional growth and ongoing learning. As we grow, our services will expand to include professional development, training and tailored programs for community services, disability organisations, schools and other professionals working with children, young people, adults and families.
Our approach is grounded in reflective, strengths-based and person-centred practice, with a focus on creating practical learning that can be carried into everyday work.

Clinical Supervision
ELMSS Professional offers clinical supervision delivered by a qualified social worker with additional training in clinical supervision.
Our supervision provides a supportive and reflective space for professionals to explore their practice, work through challenges, build confidence and continue developing their professional skills.
Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include reflective practice, complex situations, professional boundaries, ethical decision-making, wellbeing and professional development.
All supervision sessions are delivered online, allowing you to access professional supervision from wherever you are, in a space that works for you.
Clinical supervision is available for social workers and other professionals working across community services, disability, therapeutic and human services settings.
